These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 999bv ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 999bv website located at 999bv.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein (collectively, "the Service").

999bv is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform. The Service is intended for adult users and is targeted at the Pakistan market. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise using the Service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

By completing the account registration process on 999bv — including ticking any acceptance checkbox, clicking "Register" or any equivalent confirmation action — you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 4 of these Terms;

• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited into your Account;
• You are aware of, and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with, the gambling laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

999bv reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to active Users. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

To register and maintain an active Account on 999bv, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to satisfy any of these requirements renders your Account registration void and any funds held therein subject to return at the operator's discretion, net of any applicable costs.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator/licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 999bv will not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Service. The Platform reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any Prohibited Territory. • Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the 999bv platform at any given time. Duplicate, multiple or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Acting on Own Behalf: You must be registering and betting solely on your own behalf and with funds that are lawfully yours. Registration on behalf of another person, or use of a third party's payment methods, is not permitted.
• Not Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off period or any Account restriction that prohibits new registrations on gambling platforms.

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing truthful, current and complete information as requested. You must notify 999bv promptly of any changes to your registered details. The provision of false, misleading or incomplete information at the point of registration, or at any subsequent time, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

KYC Verification: 999bv is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You will be required to submit identity and address verification documents (including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and a utility bill or bank statement) before processing your first withdrawal and at any other point the operator deems verification necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in your Account being restricted.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time passcodes with any third party. 999bv will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the 999bv live cashier at the time of transaction. You must only deposit funds that are lawfully yours and that originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering requirements. 999bv reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 999bv are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Where a bonus is described with a specific rollover (e.g., 10x), this means the bonus amount must be wagered that many times in qualifying bets before withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus at 10x rollover requires PKR 10,000 in total qualifying wagers. All such figures are illustrative unless operator-confirmed.

Bonus Abuse: 999bv actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting across multiple accounts; systematic exploitation of sign-up offers; use of automated betting software; coordinated group play designed to circumvent bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, 999bv reserves the right to void any associated bonus funds, withhold bonus-derived winnings and restrict or terminate the User's Account without further notice.

General Conditions: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply: bonuses must be claimed within the promotional validity period; bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated bonus validity period; maximum bet during bonus play is as specified per promotion; non-compliance with maximum bet limits during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Specific betting rules, including settlement procedures, void-bet policies, in-play rules and game-specific rules for live casino products, are published in the relevant betting rules section of the 999bv platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error (including errors in odds as a result of human or mechanical error), 999bv reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to Users' Accounts. The settlement of sporting events is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board ("PCB") for Pakistan domestic cricket, or the International Cricket Council ("ICC") for ICC tournament results). In the event of a result dispute, 999bv's decision — made in good faith with reference to official sources — is final.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the risk of the User. Market suspensions during live events are at the operator's discretion. Bets accepted in error during periods of suspended markets (for example, during a wicket falling in a cricket match before a manual suspension is applied) may be voided at the operator's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bv platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false details, third-party identities or proxy registrations;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering criminally obtained funds, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine betting intent;
• Cheating & Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair betting advantage, including sharing information during live events or coordinating settlement outcomes;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scrapers, odds-manipulation scripts, betting automation tools or any software designed to exploit the platform's systems or pricing;
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; or providing false payment information;
• Minor Access: Providing access to the platform to any person under the age of 18, or the applicable higher minimum age, whether directly or by sharing account credentials;
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, denial-of-service attack or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 999bv platform.

999bv is committed to providing responsible gambling tools that allow Users to maintain control over their betting activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users via the Account settings dashboard and activate immediately upon request:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense or in any other way exploit any content from the 999bv platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bv and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Service Availability: 999bv provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability for which 999bv will not be liable.

Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by applicable law, 999bv's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's verified Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by 999bv's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

999bv reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to these Terms — that is, a change that may materially affect your rights or obligations as a User — 999bv will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may include a notice displayed upon login, a platform notification or an update to the "Last Updated" date visible on this page.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Service following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the operator's licence jurisdiction. 999bv does not represent that these Terms or the Service comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction — including Pakistan — and it remains your responsibility to determine whether use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and 999bv relating to your Account, any bet settlement, a payment or any other aspect of the Service, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via the email address provided in Clause 16. The support team will endeavour to resolve the dispute within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution process available under the operator's licence terms.
